By education, Snehal is an Industrial Engineer and MBA in Finance. He has passed his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam from NH Board of Accountancy, USA. Snehal is also a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). He has more than 23 years of experience in diverse industry segments like banking, engineering and automotive. He has been in leadership and management positions for last 15 years in various reputed and large-scale organizations in India and overseas.

Having worked in different countries with diverse cultures, Snehal has got a grasp of varied and distinct requirements of finance function and leadership that support VCare’s growth plans and provides important direction to VCare’s operations.

Currently being on an exclusive advisor role for all technical requirements as Technical Director, Mr. Satish Shah is a Mechanical Engineer by education. He has a long experience of more than 40 years in the field of Chemical Process plant design and detail Engineering, Operation and asset effectiveness management, Construction in all disciplines and Commissioning of large capacity fertilizer and petrochemical plants. He has held top management posts in reputed organizations in large Public Sector Undertakings as well as in global large conglomerates. Keeping with the current developmental trends, Mr. Shah also has acquired Post Graduation in Computers and EDP Management.

With his immense insight and experience, Mr. Shah is at the helm of affairs for all technical & innovative developments that are undertaken to help VCare’s clients.

With experience of more than 30 years in multiple disciplines and in various roles, Dinesh Shah has been an expert in fabrication methodology in the field of process equipment. He has attained expertise in manufacturing of shell & tube exchangers and modular skids through his innovative ideas. He has been instrumental in setting up state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at VCare which can deliver unparallel quality even with tight timeline of projects.

A staunch mechanical engineer, Dinesh Shah started his career in 1084 in fabrication. Before joining VCare, he worked for 22 years in TEMA India Limited which is internationally renowned Heat Exchanger manufacturing company.

As a Manufacturing Head in VCare, Dinesh Shah is spearheading manufacturing organization with complete focus on lean manufacturing practices. Such initiatives are bearing fruits for clients through reduced production timelines, reduced manufacturing costs and enhanced quality of equipment.

With a background of mechanical engineering, he is an engineering stalwart with more than 40 years of experience in engineering, project management, developing solutions and quality management in various sectors like fertilizers, oil & gas, process, power and petrochemical field.

He is an advisor cum mentor in VCare with involvement in our business operations, key management decisions and various orders management aspects. He carries vast experience of working in various key roles around the world in various multinationals and conglomerates.

With an immense experience of more than 22 years in project management, client relationship management and business development he has been guiding the organization continuously for getting new opportunities and exploring new avenues of business.

He holds a good experience in operations, commissioning, business development as well as project management by virtue of his working with various organizations in India as well as middle east in chemical, gas and fertilizer sector. He is a key to our good relations in the industry and continuous flow of the orders booked round the year.

Vibhor has extensive experience in managing and delivering IT Infrastructure & Information Security services for over 19 years in Manufacturing, BFSI and ITeS domain. He understands and has vast experience in dealing with multi-region/countries work environment and a deeper understanding of multi-location operations. Played a vital role in streamlining the Processes, Operations & Project deliveries, Teams workload analysis and assignments for efficient execution of projects. Preparation & Management of Annual Budgets, Cost negotiation & Optimization has been key expertise.
